The Hi “Can’t Come Down”

Featuring songwriters and performers that have an impressive background The Hi come together to start writing their own music and making their own mark on the U.S. scene.  “Can’t Come Down” is a pop production that has a strong emotional pull and makes the listener feel suspended in the air through a combination of chord structure and lyrics.  The vocal performance is a powerful one that allows the listener to really get lost in the message.  It isn’t so often you hear a vocalist that really makes you feel like they are speaking to you but The Hi “Can’t Come Down” does exactly that.  Listen to “Can’t Come Down” below as well as learn more about the artist:

“Swallowed by the city. Here in the floating lights. We’re immortal. Only tonight. Never getting back down. From this high.”

“With an eclectic mix of genres The Hi draws on influences from bands like Depeche Mode, The Black Keys, Imagine Dragons, Kings Of Leon and Muse. The Three members Henrik, Thomas and Johs have all played in various bands before forming The Hi in 2015. Having spent a lot of time in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville performing and producing for other artists (Diddy, Method Man, Raphael Saadiq, Jordin Sparks a.o.) they decided to start a passion-project themselves. All the songs are produced and written by The Hi.”
