Nathaniel Paul of the Bergamot has just recently released his solo track “Guns or Crosses”. The accompanying video shows a street, presumably in Brooklyn, being painted over to make a beautiful lettering that reads ‘Black Lives Matter’. It is fitting as the lyrical content for “Guns or Crosses” is highly introspective and philosophical and sits nicely on the minimalistic indie singer songwriter production. Overall a very chill way to start off a week instrumentally but a very “makes ya think” narrative to the lyrics, I highly recommend this one.
