We start this song off with a laid back, surf-rock guitar rift that pulls listeners in. As the beat picks up, drums and a second guitar come in and really start to open the song up and we get more of an indie vibe from the overall sound. By the time vocals begin, the listener is captivated with the melody. The chorus brings in a whole new type of energy that fits in perfectly with the rest of the ensemble. This song is something you could listen to on early spring days, turned up on a car radio with the windows rolled down. Mid way through we get a few chime notes that come back at the end of the song, as the drums fall away, and we’re left with the same surf-rock guitar rift that pulled us in to begin with.
