The Luka State “More Than This” is an intense track from a great working class band that is set to debut a new album via Thirty Tigers this March 10th. “‘More Than This’ shines a light on the very real hardships that the band members, their families, and friends have experienced growing up in the estates – from going without food and being unable to make rent, to seeing loved ones struggle with addiction and continue to fall victim to systemic failures.” For me this is Rise Against vibes with an intense message and perspective that they’re clearly trying to make better through their music.
