Nathaniel Paul “Silence” tells a tale similar to the Broadway show Rent but in a contemporary indie pop way. Mostly meaning “Silence” is meant to showcase how musicians are currently struggling with the pandemic and lack of available gigs. Nathaniel Paul has a nice style that blends together organic and synthetic sonic qualities that mostly lean towards organic stylings. The driving rhythms in “Silence” call a sense of urgency to the track that I really enjoyed, check out the music video below.
