“Revolution Road” is a call to action by the Capital Sons that calls on all the disenfranchised to mobilize against the patriarchy. The production is very reminiscent of 90s rock artists and Karl the frontman of Capital Sons has a really awesome vocal timbre that is gritty and warbles with pure emotion. “Revolution Road” is about finding a place you fit in. The high note in the vocal melody right at the beginning of the chorus is very compelling. I liked that the guitarists solo didn’t use too much distortion and is really melodic and features a cool harmony at the end. Capital Sons are a great undiscovered gem of Minnesota.
