Dark and enchanting is this commercial rock track “Why Did I Lose a Friend” by Robert Eberle. The minor harmonic progressions with the major five chord is a familiar yet always eerie choice. The lyrics are introspective and angry and full of an angst that seems fitting for the times. Listening to this track I picture it being sync’d in a show like Riverdale or the Sabrina reboot.
