Francis Moon is back again with “Eyes On You”. A dreamy vocal performance featuring soft falsettos keep pace with a instrumental arrangement that is constantly building on itself from the ascending chord progression to the pulsing beat. A good listen start to finish that will really make you feel a certain romance that only the indie rock/pop world can make you feel, it has a youthful exuberance and hope that is purely enchanting. For fans of Coldplays catalog and the 1975s softer sounds, think “Somebody Else” and not “People”.
