bugcatcher “Hurry” is a dreamy indie rock track that is both whimsical and nostalgic. “Hurry” is a song that is aimed at doing the opposite, “I just want to go for a swim” and a combination of indie and bluegrass produced with dreamy textures make this more of a front porch rocker. To me “Hurry” was a song for hazy summer nights in a house that doesn’t have AC getting stoned with friends in a living room lit by fairy lights with tapestries on the walls, it’s for reminiscing how fun going to that one watering hole was or that canoe trip, it reminds me of the discomfort but enjoyment of being out all day sweaty in nature. It’s a god damn good track too.
