“Flood” was a song that instantly stood out to me because the cohesive sound from the gentle rasp on the lead singers vocals to the woozy slide guitar that floats around melodically to the open hi-hat and consistent tight groove. It’s a powerful piece of music that feels familiar but is brand new. Man that first line of the chorus with that vocal harmony is sooooo well produced, more of this please. I love this style of music.
