God Tamers “You & A Melody” starts off softly but quickly develops into an anthemic wall of guitar sound, then proceeds to bounce back and forth dynamically between the two levels. In the vein of a song that might’ve been on Green Day’s “Warning” record or perhaps on SoCal rockers Everclear or Nada Surf record. The production is great and the lyric “you and a melody” is a beautiful hook that sticks with me long after the song is over. Great job to God Tamers and what a crazy band name!
