“Happier” comes out of the gate with some seriously energetic performances that make for a captivating listen. Nostalgic for skateboarding and feeling alone in suburbia in a tiny bedroom at 15. The production gives a bit of a nod to Tooth & Nail band Superheaven, when I think of dreamy grunge of the fourth wave of emo like Title Fight this is something I could see sitting next to easily in a playlist. Rokko Ca$h shows a ton of promise with their new track “Happier”, this one’s incredible, keep it up!
Fun fact, this is the guy from socials that’s always doing “if these bands sang this song” and it’s like Nirvana, Green Day, Alice in Chains etc. He’s got the jawline and the shaved head… you know them…
