Nathaniel Paul “Pills” is a reflective track that ponders the over medication of the average American. Nathaniel Pauls arrangement features twists and turns that are enchanting and keep the track fresh. My personal favorite twist is the outro of the song which culminates in a beautiful chamber performance that builds back into the indie rock chorus but not before some interesting and psychedelic synth work joins.
