Calico’s Gambit “How You Play” is a bluesy rock track with rock steady rhythms and a looping acoustic guitar part that is such an ear-worm. Psychedelia unfolds as Calico’s Gambit starts to jam with both the drummer, guitarist, and vocalist taking liberties with their amounts of fills only to lock back in suddenly for the outro. Whoever is mixing and producing this band clearly knows what they’re doing especially with that little whirly effect into the last chorus. Reminiscent of artists like White Denim I think you’ll love Calico’s Gambit “How You Play”.
