Baroody “Doctor”

Baroody’s “Doctor” was a well-crafted indie rock track with wonderful guitar licks and great off-beat rhythmic choices. The organic distortion on the drums makes you feel like you’re in the studio with a real rock band while they perform for you which I find is missing in a lot of new music. The guitar isn’t over-present but is always doing something unique and pretty in “Doctor” and the reserved vocal performance approach coupled with the introspective lyrical topic makes for a meet me in the mundane and let’s make it interesting. Really in love with “Doctor” by Baroody, I hope they continue to lean into their awesome guitar melodies and soft-spoken singing style.
