Kid Bowery’s “Brother Honey Passes Before Us” is psychedelic, groovy, and consistent with its rhythm. Harmonically there are moments of blue and dissonance and in the arrangement, there is no shortage of tones and sonic jingles to keep the listener engaged from section to section. Great road trip track and summer track because of the sweaty use of minor to major third blues lick in the acoustic guitar. If you’re looking for something that’s a nice balance of dark and uplifting check out “Brother Honey Passes Before Us”.
