“When You’re Gone I’ll Be Gone” by Orions Belte feat. Louien is a psychedelic indie pop track with reverb that is reminscent of the echoing sound of a cathedral. The harmonic textures is mostly lovely and occasionally dissonant in the guitar, and and the dry drums gives it that modern punch. Great tune.
“Regis” by Stablemate is a soothing and reflective track featuring intimate vocals and shimmering pedal steel work. This has a rural sound that is calming and transports me out of my Brooklyn apartment and into the wilderness. Larger than life harmonies give “Regis” an enchanting feel.
