Man Alive “Colours”

Man Alive’s “Colours” is a driving and atmospheric track with a vintage vocal production that really elevates “Colours” into a next-level indie dream pop state. The chorus is so intimate and bubbly and uplifting “You don’t have to change when you’re with me” is such a great starting line for a track. Add a brass outro and you’ve got something that reminds me of the time I lived in Santa Monica for a hot second, it’s so weird how a band from across the pond can really nail that California hazy sound.

“Colours is the new single from Kodaline guitarist Mark Prendergast and is taken from his debut solo EP ‘Colours’ out Sept. 15th.”
